The apartment is situated in a historic building, which has been recently renovated to provide all the modern comforts you need. The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee/tea maker, as well as a small dining area. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your convenience. The apartment is equipped with smart TV (Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime) and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The flat is located in the Palace district, which is one of the most beautiful and historic neighborhoods in Budapest. You'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area, as well as shops and grocery stores. The famous VAJ french bakery is only 3 min walk away. The perfect breakfast spot during your stay! :) The location is also perfect for exploring the city's cultural attractions. The apartment is just a short walk away from the Hungarian National Museum, the Hungarian State Opera House and the famous Jewish quartier is only a short 10 min walking away. The district is also home to many of Budapest's top attractions, including the the Great Market Hall, and the Gellért Baths. The apartement is located right next to Mikszáth square, what is a popular gathering place for locals and tourists, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops to enjoy. As with most areas in the city center, parking on the street can be challenging, especially during peak hours but norrmally you can find free spots. Additionally, the parking rates for on-street parking in the city center can be relatively high compared to other areas of Budapest. 1,5 EUR (600 HUF) per hour between 06h-22h but free of charge during the nights and weekends. However, there are several options available for parking in the area. There are several parking garages located within a few blocks, including the Park & Go Parking Garage and the Corvin Plaza Parking Garage. These garages offer hourly, daily, and monthly rates, and are a convenient option for those who prefer to park their vehicles off the street. Another option for those who prefer not to drive in the city center is to utilize the public transportation system, which is inexpensive, extensive and efficient. The nearest metro station is the Rakoczi ter M4 or Corvin-negyed on the M3 line, which is just a few blocks away. There are also several bus and tram stops located nearby, providing easy access to all parts of the city. The tram line stop is only 2 minutes away from the flat. (line 4 and 6)
